HISTORY & TEAM

ZAG was founded in 2006 by Zenobia Godschalk. Most communications professionals today come from one of two backgrounds – traditional PR with no finance or IR background, or from Wall Street with no operational or marketing history. Zenobia brought both backgrounds together when forming ZAG, as she believes both types of experience are crucial to defining a strong, unified PR and IR strategy that distinguishes you from the competition. Whether a publicly-traded company, private-equity backed growth entity, or early-stage firm looking for venture funding or positioning for an exit strategy, companies today must speak the language that both the media and the Street understand.

In growing ZAG, we look for top, experienced talent around the country, versus limiting ourselves to a specific geography. This allows us to recruit and retain a more senior team than most agencies.
